General. By using this website, you agree to our terms of use. Copyright is of Phillip Island Winery. By providing us with contact details, you may be opted into our newsletter, however we do do NOT pass on or sell or trade information and you may opt out online or by phone - see our privacy policy below for more. The information on this website is intended to be of a general nature and content can be changed or varied at any time. 


Third party links. At times, this website may link to external, third party websites (as is common). It should be noted that the content of those external websites are not under control of the Phillip Island Winery, and links to them are only done for convenience. Any link does not imply endorsement and you access such websites at your own risk. 


Limitation of liability. Neither the Phillip Island Winery nor any of its owners or staff, agencies or internet providers, hosts or carriers, will be liable for damages arising out use of or in connection with the Phillip Island Winery website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties (all without limitation). 

Privacy policy. Phillip Island Winery believes in keeping your details private, which is why any information on you receive in kept in a secure manner (meaning we do NOT pass on or sell or trade information). We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for us to carry on business. Personal information (such as that you may have provided to us, like your email address through a form on or offline, or by entering a competition) is only used for correspondence with you through our team and newsletters relating to the winery. Information that comes with those communications, such as IP addresses, are used as they would be with any other website: predominantly for safety.
